Summary -
I enjoyed my time at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley so much that I extended multiple times and even returned for another contract. The staff and management were outstanding—supportive, well-organized, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Everyone worked well together, and the workload was very manageable.
The department had Siemens X-ray and fluoro rooms, Fuji portables, newer OEC C-arms, and an O-arm. Overall, the workflow felt efficient and much more balanced compared to many other contracts I've worked.
This is an excellent location for travelers. The work-life balance is solid, and being close to San Francisco makes it easy to take a train or drive in to explore the city on your days off. I would absolutely recommend taking a contract here.
